Management

The progress of the CELBET in terms of the project activities, time-schedule and budget is monitored on regular basis by the CELBET management team. This team is composed of the project manager (Head of CELBET), grant coordinator, team leaders and PR expert.

Andras Bartha – Head of CELBET. He is customs officer in National Tax and Customs Administration of Hungary, Central Management in the Department of Enforcement. In customs from 1990.

Pille Jogisoo – Grant Coordinator. She is working in Estonian Tax and Customs Board Headquarter in Tallinn. She has been in service since 1998.

 

Team leaders

Mika Poutiainen – BCP Evaluation Team leader. In customs from 1990. His experience in customs is from the BCPs and Post Audit. Currently belongs to the Strategic Planning and International Affairs Unit  in the Enforcement Department of Finnish Customs.

Olga Grzibovska – Customs Control Team leader. Her position is a Senior Customs Expert, Customs Process Management Division in the National Customs Board of State Revenue Service of Latvia. She is customs officer from 2001.

Aneta Łomańska- Grzegorzak – Cooperation Team leader. She belongs to the Department of Border Systems and the Central Systems Competence Center in National Revenue Administration, Regional Office in Rzeszów, Poland. She is customs officer from 2004.

 

Annika Mägipõld – Feasibility Study Team leader. Head of International Relations in Estonian Tax and Customs Board. She has been working in customs since 1999.

Lauris Krivans – Equipment Team leader. He is deputy head of Customs Process Management Division of the National Customs Board of the Republic of Latvia. He is in customs since 1996.

Peychin Ivanov – Risk Management Team leader. He is head of the Drug Enforcement Sector BCP Kalotina, Sofia Customs Directorate, Bulgaria. He is in customs since 2006.

 

 

Zsolt Dezsi – Training Team leader. He is a customs officer of the Institute for Training, Health and Culture of the National Tax and Customs Administration of Hungary . He is customs officer from 1997.

Anna Hatała-Wanat – PR expert . She is customs officer in Border Unit of the Regional Revenue Administration in Olsztyn, Poland. In customs from 2005.

 

Management team meets regularly, once in a month, usually at the CELBET office in Warsaw, Poland.
