Customs officers from 14 EU Member States: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Germany, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Romania, have just started bus search training. The event takes place in the Center of Expertise on bus search in Przemyśl, Poland.
The Center is located in the National Revenue School of the Polish Revenue Administration. The place of Center of Expertise on bus search has been chosen not by accident.
Przemyśl is the city closest to the Polish-Ukrainian border and the local National Revenue School has a unique training capacity. Trainees will be able to practice in a bus search dedicated place and under the supervision of highly experienced trainers.
After the theoretical part, trainees will be testing their skills in a real control environment – Polish-Ukrainian border crossing point in Medyka.
